I had water in my bedroom ,the guy came here basically with no equipment ,couldn't tell me anything about the source of water or damage just gave me $2300 estimate for fixing the "hole in the pipe" and charged me $60 just for coming down and telling me nothing!! when I asked what he has found out by coming and looking at it,he said: we have to bring the machine to find out and it's $880 just for that.Then what is the point of coming when you don't bring the neccessary equipment with you?
I had other people came and fix it and amazingly it was no "hole in the pipe" or pipe burst.The only good thing about them,they responded fast but defenately don't recommend them.It was a rip off.
