I ordered their service once last year. The all day service is a really good point, but that doesn't mean they come right after you call, haha.
The plumbers are quite professional, quick and careful. Just I think their service is a little pricey, and you don't get much chance to bargain.
I think I'll try another one next time just for comparison, but if it's an emergency, I'll call them definitely.
