Midway Jeep Chrysler is a great dealership. I would recommend their sales team, their service team, and even their body shop. The sales crew is very good. The service has always been very fair. They are especially a good value when they and their service coupons in the mail. Otherwise I find their prices to be fairly competitive. Their body shop on the lot is A+. The gal who runs the body shop really takes pride in making sure everything is what the customer wants. They take pride in their work and stand by their job. She is very customer service oriented and goes above and beyond to make sure customers and their cars are well taken care of!

I got my Jeep here almost 4 years ago and I take it there for all of it's needs. My dad paid for lifetime oil changes but I tend to get things done there just for the connivence factor.

I know most dealerships mark prices up but I trust these people and they run a good shop here. I just got my brakes fixed and was quoted another price by another shop so I know the mark up isn't huge here. Super nice staff too. I know absolutely nothing about cars so they always break it down and make is easy for people like me.

I normally dont review things, but when I am an actual custom,er of a Business, and I see these anonymous negatives, I have to comment. First, great place to get your Jeep. Second, Fernando isnt a finance manager, so I think the other reviewer has crossed wires. I took the advice on google, and checked on their Better Biz Bureau rating.

Theses guys are sharks and will waste your time and will lie to you every step of the way.

Their finance manager Fernando will do his best to come across as a nice and honest guy. He'll tell you what he thinks you want to hear. He told me point blank he would give me $4000 for my trade. I had people with me that heard him as well as the sales person Tony.

However, when I went back to the dealership, Fernando was hiding out in his office. The sales person Tony at this point was still being friendly. Fernando sent out his manager Patrick to give me my trade value. Now estimated at $2100. When I confronted him about what Fernando had said, they denied it hands down.

This was the 3rd time I had been at the dealership in 2 weeks. Fernando insisted on telling me I was lying in front of his boss. They even had another office person (a large and very rude man) try and ask me to leave. They even threatened to call the cops on me and stood up and walked toward me in an aggressive manner.

I called the police and filed a complaint as well as filed with the B B B. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME!!!!!
