Went here for services on Ford Focus. Wish I never saw their dealership sign. Ford should investigate this operation. Will go outside Dade County for Ford sales and services.

I must say that I got a good price on my truck,but I must say that I almost could have gained a PHD in engineering to fix it.It had a least 5 MAJOR recalls,one that the back suspension joint leaked,which later contributed to the clutch going bad ,then the main engine gear could have just exploded,and they offered the most expensive service imaginable,even to fix the many factory defects-some that could have killed anyone,like the seat bell problem.Bad communication and scamming where involved in this and other transactions I suspect(because this car is the WORST I EVER HAD,-Of the more than 4 new cars I have had),I could have been killed in it and I feel a car with so many dangerous recalls should have never been sold...
