Bunch of crooked con artists, not professional at all. Even the young lady in the service dept told me she would never buy a car from them and that the police were always up there to settle a dispute between the dealer and the customers

This place is full of shit I called several times about a 2002 Buick Rendezvous truck each time I called and asked about the mileage they tell me a different number each time 95,000 miles, 87,000 miles, 86,000 miles so I put in for a loan on 1/6/09 the next morning at 9:32am some one name Monica called and said that the truck was no longer available so I called 10 minutes later and some guy name Maurice answered the phone I asked him the mileage on the truck he said let him check, he came back to the phone and said who am I speaking with and for the phone # so if we get disconnected he can call me back, put on hold again, he came back and said the truck was still there would I like to come in well I told him that's funny because some one name Monica just told me this truck was brought so this dumb scammer saaid let me check and get my manger, I didn't want to talk to no one else so I hung up. I had already did my homework on this scammy ass dealership and all the reveiws and stuff I read proved that this people are no good

Had my car towed there to get a brake problem looked at - One week and one hundred dollars later, I was charged for an hour of labor and basically told they weren't able to diagnose the problem and I was S.O.L. in terms of getting it fixed. Just really didn't feel like it was even remotely a priority of theirs to figure it out. In the end, I was forced to sell the car to CarMax after it sat on their lot for a week, and had to take a loss on it for the simple fact that I had this ailing car that wasn't a safe car to drive and no one seemed interested in trying to fix it....And they seemed suprised that I wasn't interested in trading it in for another Dodge!
Terrible service, dishonest staff, and a run down facility. Keep away!
Pros : N/A
Cons : no sense of urgency within a long drawn-out repair process, dishonest sales-staff, poor facilities, and un-appealing car selection
