Crappy car rental

The body shop I was using for repair work recommended this place, and I was very unhappy with the service. The first car they gave me was a Toyota Corolla. The car was fine on the outside, but after driving it home, I smelled like a brothel and had to get my clothes drycleaned. The car was so smoky, it was as if I had smoked a pack of cigarettes, and the company had obviously not cleaned it. They wanted me to come in to their offices to return the car, which was completely inconvenient, so then they offered to have a guy drive out to switch cars with me. He was a total idiot, didn't speak any English (and I unfortunately don't speak Spanish), and it took him 45 minutes to find me in the most obvious location in all of Century City, even driving by me several times and not seeing me waving and shouting at him. Then I find out that after they convince me to get their insurance policy ($9 a day), I am covered under my own, so when I called to cancel it, they AGAIN want me to come in, because they say they have to "inspect" the car. WTF?! This entire experience with them has been a huge hassle, and I will NEVER use them again!
