This was a great club while I lived in the city. After moving out of town and requesting to cancel my membership, I've been working with the club for three months to have my membership cancelled. I've faxed my cancellation form twice and sent numerous emails to 2 people. Finally, this month wasn't charged, but I cannot get credit for the past 2 months' erroneous charges, despite their commitment to do so. Too bad that a club which is all about service can't deliver at the end, after over 10 years of my membership.
