Advocate for Change!
I write this review in hopes of a solution for those who will follow... the trail that led to nowhere (i.e. make-believe job, no follow-up, etc.). I was truly disturbed that the agency did not do a better job in representing themselves as "professionals." Do you know how many times I tried to contact (after the initial interview) the Account Manager (Stacy); the person I was teamed up to see for a job? Stacy did not represent the core values of the organization (i.e. genuine, sincere, caring, interested, friendly, etc.). My theory is i was just a number -- a quota that determines their salary. This is just theory. I hope that one of their representatives read this review and take corrective measures to do a better job with "first impressions." PS: Hopefully, Stacy received the training she desperately needs to manage the workflow.

Note: I just moved from the midwest to New York in search of a job; only to engage in this type of unwarranted behavior from a "professional" who represents a large company such as the Robert Half Agency.
