Worst experience at a mechanic's shop,...

This was my worst experience so far trying to get my vehicle fixed. I went there first because the oil changes are fairly cheap, but almost every time I have gone there I have noticed that most of the staff is not polite to the customers, and I have had to wait too long to get anything done, regardless of whether they are busy or not. When I went in to get something fixed they made me wait almost an entire day to find out they weren't going to actually work on it until the next day. Even so, they wanted to keep it there the rest of that day and all of the next day, ruining my weekend. They definitely overcharged me for the job. And to top it all off, a day or two later I realized my vehicle was still not fixed. So I took it in the next weekend, they kept it another whole day, ruining my weekend again. But even after taking it in twice it was still not fixed. So I took it back, they found the real problem, and so far it seems to be fixed. So in the end they got the job done, but for ...
