Epitome of
Long story short: They tricked me into authorizing a trans flush when they had just done one a month before telling me that I needed it - gave me my money back when I discovered the aggregious "error". Suggested a brake change when brakes were still 50% because I brought it in for a squeak.

Unreliable, untrustworthy, trying to find something to do on the car (even if it is completely unnecessary) so they can charge you an arm and a leg. Check out their reviews on yelp{dot}com also.

Free Brakes For Life - the catch - the brakes are very poor quality and need to be replaced often so that they can charge you labor. The brakes Midas gave me lasted barely half as long as the factory brakes.

Bottom line: Don't go there. Don't go to any Midas for that matter.

Overpriced and inconsistent
The price is always high. The service is inconsistent. Toni is their best asset, but she's not always there. I've been a customer for the past 5 years, but I'm moving on to Emerald (Judah St), which I'm told, has consistently great service and much lower prices.
