Small shop, but they can get whatever you need very quickly. I've bought parts for enterprise class servers and high end recording computers. If they don't have it in stock they can often get it by afternoon the same day. Great people! Perfect for people who don't like the idiots at Fry's, and bad advice from Office Depot employee's (the worst...).
Pros : NO BS...just really nice, helpful staff, great reputation. I've bought a good number of parts for PC based recording systems and high end servers and they've been great!
Cons : Somewhat limited selection of high end enthusiast parts, but they can get whatever you need same day of next from their vendors.
