Excellent Service; Delivers as Promised: First, a little background. I have a notebook computer that experienced a hardware failure one week before its one-year manufacturer warranty expired. This warranty covered both parts and labor. I took the computer to the retailer (which is part of national chain) I bought it from and they said they could fix it with their own technicians.
