Got a pendant for my sisters college graduation - needed it within two days. Other stores said it would take 5-7 days to order and get it engraved. These guys ordered the piece and had it engraved in 1.5 days. They also waited 30 minutes after closing as I was running late that day, because they knew I needed the piece before I flew home for the graduation. Great experience with this store - friendly, fast, and helpful - they went above and beyond what the average store would do TWICE - highly recommended.‎
