When my youngest daughter had problems with her one eye crossing, I was a scared mother to say the least. MEI was there for me. Michigan Eye Institute has a seperate waiting room with toys just for the kids and the doctors are all wonderful with children. They use the latest technology and has a tv in the room for the fussiest children. Toys are even offered at the end for the good patients. A full optical department is on site if glasses are needed. We in turn were refereed to the UM in Ann Arbor, as he felt we needed more attention - but in the end we were find.
