This has been a family operated business for 25 years. I have purchased and have had custom made jewelry with this business for over 15 years. Honesty alone is worth the drive for me from Beaumont. i was recommened here by a friend. i needed to get my engagement ring sized and when i took it in he said it needs new prongs on a few of the small diamonds. when i got the ring back, the center piece diamond looked different and had a black spot in it. the jeweler said it was carbon decay and had been there for hundreds of years. believable...this ring was passed down 5 generations. a few weeks later one of the small diamonds he put new prongs on fell out at work. i took it back to him and he said HE FOUND THE DIAMOND ON THE FLOOR OF HIS SHOP!! Whatever...put it back in! one week later another one has fallen out!! the guy is very nice and "replaced" the first escapee for free...but something is fishy. i won't go back
