Overall: i have gone here now many times with my wife. for all sorts of reasons. sewing materials, cook class, scrap booking materials, whatever. each time we go, we usually find what we want, and usually it is not too expensive. that is nice for me.
Value: for being a large chain store, the prices are pretty reasonable. i suppose i expect them to be higher, and then i am surprised. or i have no idea what i am talking about in a store like this, so what do i really expect at all.
Service: they are usually very willing to help you find something.
Quality: so far so good. everything we have bought has worked well an lasted
