WOW, the tacos here are phenomenal! I happened to notice the adobada spit on the street as a friend and I were grabbing donuts from the shop in the same lot. The tacos are a dollar and I couldn't resist wanting to try it.

The people are nice and there was an oiliness about the tortillas that reminded me of the superb taco stands in Rosarito.

I had the adobada plain. I loved it! The slices weren't end pieces or pieces that were sitting out for awhile so it really hit the spot. It had just the right amount of fatiness to meat ratio. Simply great. Once we had one, my friend and I had to get 4 more even though we were full!

The only reason why I deducted a star was because when we went in for seconds... the cabeza/mystery meat (which we didn't eat) looked on the gelatinous side. Aside from that hiccup, there was tons of meat packed on the taco. I'm sure anyone would thoroughly enjoy the tacos from here.
