I've been to several computer places since I first purchased a computer. This is my fourth computer. My experience with Mi Computers is the best experience I ever had. They are helpful and fully explain what happened to my computer so I could understand and keep my computer safe from harm. They freely gave me information I did not know before! The free diagnosis allowed me to be free to go elsewhere if I wanted to. I felt no pressure to deal with them. I am confident in the decision I made to have Mi Computers do the repairs. I got excellent service and quality parts at a competitive price. Even later I called back and they took the time to answer additional questions. I definitely recommend this business!

I can't say enough about the great customer service I got from Kevin and his lovely wife. I recommend MI Computers to everyone! The experience is always pleasent, educational and low cost as they can get it. They have helped my family with numerous issues from laptops to desk tops.
