I had work done there on three different occansions. shame on me. these thiefs drove the gas outta my car twice, stole a $140.00 pair of sunglasses, dented my car, smoked in it( i don't smoke). I even found a vallet parking stub in it. In essence they use your car for personel reasons, then lie to your face about it. I met someone at my new mechanic who said he used to go to Harry Mezzian. he dropped his car off & was told it would take 3-4 days. after a week he called, & was told his car was @ the body shop getting a dent taken out.(not why he brought the car there in the first plce) three weeks later when he is picking up his car, he notices the car had not been painted. while closely inspecting his car another customer comes out of the main office walks up to him and says"oh are you gonna use the loaner car too?" refering to his car!!!which had been missing for a month...mystery over...there guys are shady...and like all liars, they got no problem screwing you ...

I just moved to Los Angeles from Colorado and was panicing because my check engine light came on in my Jetta and I had no idea where to take it. I found Mezian from a google search and after comparing reviews between a couple of different service shops decided to take it here.

As it turns out the Jetta needed MAJOR work. Harry, the owner was incredibly helpful and charged very fair prices for all the parts and labor. He got me a rental car for the days during which mine was in the shop and finished all the work in exactly the time frame he promised and at the quoted price. I got my Jetta back (washed) the next day and I could not have been happier with the service and professionalism of this business.

I recently had to go back for some minor repairs and Harry once again took great care of me.

It's unusual to find a repair 'shop' where you get to know all the mechanics who are friendly, helpful and most of all knowledgeable.
These guys are great! I found the prices really reasonable, the service quick and delivered when promised and always get the feeling that they care.
The whole experience with Mezian Motors has been a pleasure and I would recommend their service without reservation.

I had my Volvo serviced here with two items that needed repair. A new battery and cable was installed well and at fair prices. But I also purchased a new OEM stereo head unit. Paid over 300.00 for it and they threw in there a used unit that barely works. CD's skip, back light does not work and it's scratched all over. My Volvo still needs a new stereo and other repairs but I will not be going back there.

The folks at Mezian are really nice and devoted to good service. They clearly explained what needed to be done to my car and answered all my questions without any condescension. I called two other places to double check their estimate and they were right on - and even a little less than one place. My car was done on time and they got it washed! I will definitely be going back to them.
