This is the first bank I have known to have such terrible service, my daughter is having problems getting her money back that someone took her bank card and used it. she is getting charged from the bank overdraft fees even though she has done everything in her part to show proof of everything that they ask and has gone to 2 branches the only thing they could come up with was to tell her that it wasn't even alot of money and that she should just let it go and this was a manager that said this.They stopped the card and the checks as soon as she reported it and showed proof of a police report and they still have the nerve to charge her the fees and tell her that she may even be going to the collections and she would still probably owe money to the bank. What kind of services is this bank offering?
I wouldn't recommend this type of service even to an enemy.I will make sure that something will be done even if that means reporting this bank to the media.
