This dealership is a breath of fresh air. I've been to several dealerships, looking for a low priced, decent car for the value and felt that other places just didn't have that to offer. Other places arent as nice to walk into; those sales staff always seems too busy or distracted to help you out when you walk in the door, but not Metrocrest. When you come into the dealership, it's clean, relaxed and the sales people are friendly and eager to help. (The bathrooms are nice too!) I feel that the sales team is a close group, like a welcoming family, as they share knowledge and help each other out. They have a wide variety of cars to choose from, and their knowledgeable team will guide you and direct you toward the best vehicle for your budget and needs. After visiting craigslist searching for a new car I found Metrocrest and contacted them. The vehicle I selected was a 1996 Crown Victoria with crazy low mileage!!! I bought the warranty package that they offer for an incredible price and it provides great coverage. Matias, Mark, and Heath are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
