This place has the best customer service I've seen. I was waiting in line behind some female and she started blowing up right and left because SHE paid LATE and the company charged her a late fee. I started laughing and recieved an evil glare from her. 20 bucks says its the girl below! HA! Anyway I love this place they make storing very easy. I had my house stored here for 7 months and the wife kept making me pick up certain stuff and store certain stuff nearly every week. I've witnessed many people get mad over the little things and many of them shrug it off. This is just one of those business where those mad people will write the reviews and the happy ones just go on their merry way! Anway 20/20!

I have stored at Metro Mini Storage for over three years and they are great! They have always been helpful and very friendly. I have not had any problems. I have recommended three other friends of mine to Metro and they really like the security and the manager. I had a problem with my credit card and they were very nice and helped me.

John, this company doesn't know what customer service is! Its a joke to them. They are so worried about getting new clients they don't care about the customers they already have. Its a shame they are still in business! You can't get any names for bosses or any phone numbers, you would think they worked for someone special. I hope everyone that reads this doesn't give this company one dime! Also you can buy cheaper boxes at uncle bobs or Uhaul!!

I would not recomend this site for your storage. They have a very poor customer service response. It is a shame that they do not look out for their clients. Because of their poor service, I would never store any of my belongings with this ctorage chain again.
