First, Metro Flooring measured the carpet wrong, and came out without enough. Then, after it was in they had to come back to repair three things. Now the carpet is lifting up because it wasn't streched and tacked properly. ...

A Great Experience- Would Highly Recommend!: I just purchased several thousand dollars worth of hardwood floors. The entire process from ordering the materials to having the flooring shipped was flawless. I placed my order and could not believe how fast it arrived. It was delivered in perfect condition and exactly when promised. I have had to order additional pieces since and have done so over the phone which took just a couple of minutes. The customer service was outstanding. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Mike was great to work with and he is very knowledgeable. Their prices were the best I could find and I shopped around and called many different places first. And they will price match, however, they have some restrictions which were very reasonable. I would highly recommend Metro Flooring and will recommend them to my friends and co-workers!
