I want my money back‎

I was charged twice by AutoZone and they refused to refund the amount of 32.76....after 2 months I was told to bad by my credit union metro 1...They gave me the run around wasted hours of my time not to mention all the minutes on my phone... bank with them at your own risk, they leave you on your own.‎
