Beware of the bandito's at Aragon's Law and Garden
When I moved her I was told, "In Albuquerque it is always buyer beware." This business is a prime example of this warning. Great at point-of-sale, but sorry when it comes to honoring their commitment for service. I bought a chain-saw (paid more for local service which I considered important) and the bar froze up during the first hour of use. I called and ask about the warranty (they had all my warranty information) but insisted, in a very smart-ass manner, I put the saw back together, have it in working order, so they could "troubleshoot" it. They were not very customer friendly and I probably overreacted as all they had to do is look at the bar. So I put it back together and took it in. On arrival the owner was absolutely hostile. Hostile to the point I was afraid he would mess my saw up if I left it with him. So I left his store after exchanging a few choice words he fully deserved. WARNING! DON"T BUY FROM ARAGONS. They are typical Albuquerque rip-offs.
