Maybe I just got him on a bad day but the sales representative was rude and not at all helpful.

I had a bunch of questions about my new car (which I do love!) but I had a problem with one of my seats moving while I drive. Anyway, he was useless.

I ended up asking to speak with the manager, that took a while and finally we resolved the problem (they took the car in for repairs) but it shouldn't have been so unpleasant for me, especially considering the price of the cars!
