Carolyn Mischer a staff ENT doctor falsified my medical records. I reported it to management etc. They did nothing. What this means is you could have the same thing happen to you. Obviously the clinic doesn't care if medical staff falsifies medical records. Dangerous at best.

Dr Carolyn Mannon (OB/GYN) Rocks!!! So does Kathy, RN

My husband and I moved across country when I was 2 months pregnant. I was so happy with my OB back home, that I was very upset to leave him and to have to find a new doctor. I chose Menlo Medical because they were taking new patients, accepted BCBS, and were very close to our new home. I saw Dr Mannon and was very pleased. She always took her time with my husband and I, and never once made us feel rushed. Her nurse, Kathy, RN always called back to answer questions within a timely manner. Those two women are just awesome!!!!! The best part of all is that Dr Mannon was rarely ever late. My husband and I ended up moving back home at 8 months and I was sad to leave this office!!!! I miss them and their care!!!!

Pros: Timely, great RN Kathy, great office staff, free parking

Cons: Absolutely nothing!!!!!

Wonderful office visit

I had a fabulous experience at Dr. Matles's office. His nurse is really great. I called that morning and had a call back within the hour and was seen that afternoon...SAME DAY. I have had an episodic problem for years that other doctors could not figure out. After i explained my symptoms, Dr. Matles knew exaclty what was wrong with me. He ordered some tests to confirm and he even called me two days later to go over the results...he was right. Now i am on a medicine tha he prescribed and i feel as good as ever. This was the best doctor experience i ever had...he is now my primary care physician....

be warned, he really does look young...but he is so cute too :)

Pros: smart, caring, and listens well

Dr. Matles

I had a GREAT experience. i called with an acute problem and was seen that day. The staff was very nice. Dr. Matles was younger than I expected, but very knowledgable and had a great bedside manner. I liked him so much he I switched to him for my primary care in general.

Great doctors by Mark S. at InsiderPages

I've just moved into the area and needed a GP. I signed up for Dr Anthony Powell, via my HMO. He was really friendly, smart and professional. He made me feel very welcome and had lots of time for my questions. All the staff were great. I'd strongly recommend.
