I worked with the Internet manager Zam Bales and i never thought i can get service from a dealer or a car sales man like Zam did for me.

I have purchased three Mazda's from this dealership and although the service department seemed better when Rich was in charge, I still get excellent service. When I bought my last Mazda I was treated fantastically and everything I wanted with my car was there the day I picked it up. Including the 49er detail! I'll probably always buy my cars from this dealership. I hope it sticks around!

We had a terrible experience at Menlo Mazda. We finalized our deal for a mazda minivan at this place. We selected the color of our car, make, etc and things were all verbally settled. BUt when we sat down to sign the agreement, the entire scenario changed. They said that they never promised us any deal, just said that they would try to get us what we want. FInally on papers the color was different, the make was different. They treated us like shit and offered us a deal for what we want for a meagre thousand bucks. We were really freaked out and left within a few minutes. The manager who created the entire scene at this place is named Drew. Don't even dream of dealing with him.
