Unprepared but does get fired up
He didn't know the details of the case prior to trial and really winged it. I understand he's busy but he wasn't any good at it. His witnesses had conflicting information and that surely didn't help anyone but the opposing side. His own witnesses. When we lost, he complained but I think we can blame his poor logic and lack of preparation on the case. Wish I had gone to another lawyer for sure.
