The only thing professional about the personel is their attire. Trying to coordinate one of the most important days of my life has been horrific when attempting to communicate with Mens Warehouse. They answer the phone like they are in a rush to get off. When I ask a question they give a very general response instead of looking into my account information and giving me information that reflects my particular situation. If I do force them to look into my account information, they access it and tell me, "Let me get this straightened out and I will give you a call back". Which has yet to happen.
I have yet to pick up my tux, and things are already this bad.

I came to pick up my tuxedo at your Friendswood, Texas store. It was for a wedding I will be standing in. When i arrived nobody greeted me like they did at my first visit. I had to aproach a gentleman who worked there to get help. He went to get my tux and told me to try on the pants, shoes and shirt and that he's help me with the rest when I stepped out. After a minute I step out and he is helping someone else out. It was understandable at first because It was a moderately busy. After ten minutes of standing by the dressing room unatended I flagged another employee down. She helped me for a moment and moved on to a new customer who walked in. I flag down a different lady a few minutes later for help. She also walked away after a few questions. I stood there for a while not completely dressed in the tux. Took it off. Finally one of the ladies came around and wondered why I took it off. I told her nobody was interested in helping me. She said "things are always like this here". I told her my shirt fit my neck and shoulders well but my stomach area was too big. I looked like a person who lost 200 Lbs. and was wearing their old shirt. It was way too big. She said they just care about the neck size and I have to deal with it being to big or that I could just buy a shirt from them and PAY for it to be resized to fit me. I declined. I also declined to put the tux back on. She had already said that they wouldn't resize anything to fit me. So there was no point. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever recieved in my life and it happened at MENS WEARHOUSE. I expect this service from teenagers at a burger joint but not from a place like mens wearhouse. It actually lessoned my desire to be in a good friends wedding and that to me is a shame. I will definitely be leaving reviews for this store on several customer service websites.
