I had numerous problems with this hotel: Mold in the bathrooms Noisy Elevators - Hard to get a room away from one. Sewer problems Broken bathroom fixtures The conceirge area is also very akward. It's more like a cramped cafeteria area than a area for relaxation and decompression. The staff was very nice, and tried to help but ultimately came up short due to all the issues. I'd advise using one of the nearby courtyards instead. The Germantown Courtyard is relatively new, in a nice area, and is very clean. I'm staying there now.
