I've met some of the most interesting women in class at Melrose Pilates. The instructors are knowledgeable, the prices are resonable and they make the workouts fun! The parking is free but the spaces are a bit close together so if you have an SUV you may want to park on the street.

If you are looking for a place to work out that has a grounded feel, able turn your body into being a strong & toned vessel it is meant to be, super fun & is a hot deal?! Then look no further. Gia the owner has brought all that together and she has on staff one of the best teachers around Shana Lord, my personal favourite. Shana not only knows the body but is always seeking to learn more to bring more to you and your workout through her thirst to ensure you get best. 5 stars!

Had a good time: Mondays are very hot, lots of guys. Staff is friendly and the place is kept cleaned. I will be going back.
