From our sales associate Cody to driving our Honda Fit Sport off the lot, the folks at Mel Rapton Honda made us feel comfortable and appreciated for our business. They were extremely patient and invaluable in helping us navigate the Cash-for-Clunkers rebate and we felt that all of them from front office to back were working to get us the best, most affordable deal they could rather than putting on the thumbscrews for a quick deal. I never thought I'd feel grateful for the "opportunity" to buy a new car but in the case of Mel Rapton Honda, I do.

I spoke several times with the salesman over the phone and we negotiated a reasonable price for a new Accord. When I got there, we confirmed the price and began the paperwork. When he took the price sheet to Brandon, the sales manager, they said they just need to verify the information for the Clunker trade-in and all would be done. 2 HOURS LATER Brandon returned with a sly smile and showed us a price $3,000 higher! He had no reasonable explanation and clearly had NO INTENTION of honoring the price that was agreed upon.

THE SALES MANAGERS ARE DEVIOUS SCOUNDRELS. STAY AWAY. NO respect for customers. I would have been much happier if they were upfront from the beginning. Total waste of time.

This dealership is high pressure. They sat there for hours to convince me to buy a car I didn't want. I settled because I really wanted one soon and they made it seem like I would never find one in the color and trim level that I wanted. One week later the exact car that I was looking for was on their lot. I think they scammed me- knowing the car I wanted was on it's way, but trying to tell me it was impossible to find so they could sell the one they had. I would look elsewhere first.
