Excellent customer service‎

I recently purchased a 2001 GMC Yukon and it urgently needed a complete break job. After checking few places I drove by and wanted to get an estimate. They checked my truck and honestly came with a list of things needed to be changed. When I realized how caring and honest these people were, I asked them to completely do the job for me because I was on my way to drive it to San Diego. The price was excellent, the service was awesome. I strongly recommend this Mieneke for your car care. Since then I take all of my car services to them. ~R‎

Can damage your car

They are the worst. They did not top all my fluids like they said. Didn't do the oil change correctly. Added the wrong oil in my car and they supposebly are the experts. And the wrong oil damaged my car and did it again and charged me again even though it was in their warranty and they made the mistake. On top of that they always tell u something else is needed to be done on your car. On top of that they take forever on your car and don't call you right away even if your car is done. You have to be persistent with them. Worst customer service and not organize what so ever. I reported them to the automotive bureau

The front pads snap inhalf in a week and the nut wheel missing.

I Change my front brake for 250 dollar for nothing!!!! After they change my brake, the next day i noticed a really bad screeching noise in the front right tire, when i checked the tire, i notice one of the nut wheel is missing. I went back to that car service and ask the manager what happened, and he said, the nut was never there. WHAT KIND OF CAR MAINTENANCE THAT DID NOT TELL YOU THAT YOUR TIRE LOST ONE OF THE NUT!!! i wash my car, and smart person would notice that one of the screw is missing. After that he just walk away. His assistant can handle this better than him. The assistant even offered me to talk to that manager. i didn't even yelled at him which i should. I ask him nicely and he said he did not want to argue with me???? whose the one want to argue????? He didn't even help me or just find extra screw or something. After that i have to spend 600 dollar at dealer to change a new front brake again which only last for a week, rooter and bearing because when he change my front pads, he didn't adjust the rotor or change the bearing, so when i push the brake the rotor push hard only on one side, so it snap the new front brake i pay there for 250. And because i keep drive it without knowing the pads break inhalf, the rotor push it into the bearing and it chiped off. So i have to replace everything and a new front pads again on both side. this should not be this worst if i go right away to the dealer.

Beware!! I took my car in for an oil changed because of the special offer they had. One week later, I checked the oil, there were barely any there, I had to put in 3 quarts to bring it up to the minimum level. If you go in there for an oil change, be sure to check the oil leve before you leave their premises. I certainly won't go back there for any type of service again!!
