Awful Customer Service...Ghetto...‎

Please do not go to this service center. I went to this center to get my "recommended" car repairs. I was told about the wait upfront, but I didn't mind. However, I did mind babysitting the receptionist son. Yes, she bought her son to work and he made a mess of the lobby. He moved chairs around, dropped cups, spilled water, moved tables, threw his toy up and down around the customers. All of this was going on while his mom, an employee (front desk person) sat in the shop with the Techs joking and talking. I finally had enough so I stood outside in the hot sun to wait for my car. I felt I shouldn't have to babysit Meineke employee's children. 90 minutes later they pulled my car in..I thought great! So I went over there to see how long it would be and to see the broken parts. I saw the guy take off the stabilizer links, then he went to go smoke a cigarette. So I asked what was the hold up? He stated he is waiting on parts. I began to get frustrated. After waiting ...
