12020 U.S. 71, Grandview, MO Meineke Location Have you ever had a day when everything seemed to be going wrong... swamped with work, facing a deadline.... and then you realized your wife's car needed immediate attention? Recently I was in exactly that situation and Roger and his team saved the day. Although I walked in without an appointment on a day that seemed busy- Roger dropped what he was doing, greeted me politely and even listened to my amateur diagnosis. With in 30 minutes he had examined the Honda found the problem and provided me with an estimate. He even ran me home to pick up another vehicle while his crew worked on the car. By end of day we had the car fixed and my wife back behind the wheel. All at a reasonable price. Oh, and he didn't even mention how far off my initial diagnosis was... Great job, we'll be back. T the 12020 S 71 office in grandview MO.The front desk employee by the name Jason, acted like i was ruining his day. He did not make eye contact, he was not polite or professional. He acted as if i was some pushover kid getting in his way. The shop was empty and they needed the business, but i guess i was not the kind of business they were looking for. On top of that they gave me a quote for the parts and labor and it was over 10 times the amount it actually took to fix. I am never going there again. and i suggest you dont! Id give them negative stars if i could...but i cant...â
