All day wait- no result‎
Called ahead on a Friday morning to see if they had time to look at and repair squeaky breaks. When I dropped the car off, they said they would call me in 30 mins. After 2 hours I went back and they haven't even looked at the car. After 5 total hours, i drove away with squeaky breaks- they misdiagnosed the problem as rear break dust. After calling while on the road home, they said they didn't have time for me to bring it back, they don't take appointments on Saturdays, so the next day I could bring it back would be Monday. Also, got estimates for timing belt- they quoted over $1000. I called around other places, other places in town are charging $700 to $900 tops. If you want work on your car- don't bring it here.‎

What works going in, should work coming out
I drive an Infiniti G35 Sports Coupe and usually go to the dealer for service, but decided to save a few bucks. I went in for an oil change and my satellite radio was working fine. Driving away, I noticed that the entire audio system was powered off, so turned it back on and it wouldn't even recognize that I have a satellite receiver. Went back to them and they basically told me to go to the dealer and if it could be proven that they messed it up, then they'd replace it. Luckily, I knew enough to try and reset it by opening the trunk and getting to the tuner and unplugging it to reset it. Why in the world would an oil change require them to do something that would cause my satellite tuner to get screwed with? I suspect that someone was messing with something that they had no business messing with or did something by mistake and tried to get over. I won't go back.

GREAT SERVICE
AFTER BEING TOLD AT THE DEALER I NEEDED 1400 OF REPAIRS, A FRIEND RECCOMENDED GOING TO MEINEKE OF FUQUAY. I MADE THE DRIVE FROM GARNER AND WAS QUITE SUPPRISED. THE STAFF WAS ACTUALLY HELPFUL AND DIDNT TALK DOWN TO ME, WHICH IS HOW THE DEALER ACTED, AND ACTUALLY GAVE ME A COUPLE OF OPTIONS AND TOOK ME OUT AND SHOWED ME WHAT WAS WRONG, EVEN THOUGH I HAD NO IDEA OF WHAT THE THINGS WERE THAT THEY WERE FIXING THEY WERE ABLE TO MAKE ME UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS NEEDED, AND WHAT WASNT. THEY SAVED ME MONEY AND TIME AND I COULDNT BE HAPPIER. THANKS GUYS, I FINALLY HAVE A PLACE TO TAKE MY CAR.

Bad experience for me
Would avoid -- bad experience with the shop installing a part without authorization, and installing it improperly resulting in a roadside breakdown a few weeks later and another trip to (a different) repair shop. I took a chance on them and regret it.
