I brought my car into Meineke, Weston, because the transmission light had gone on. After they looked the car over they told me the transmission was leaking fluid and could be fixed for $180 and would be fine. However, they also told me that I also needed brakes, coolant flush and fluid, a new front sway bar, plugs, wires, tires, tune up and a few other things for only $1600! I told him that i didn't want to put that king of money into the car if the transmission was bad. "Jeff" the manager who drives the black Vet assured me, "hey if you fix the transmission the car will run fine and if you do all the other work, you will have a really good little car"! So i had him do the Trans, brakes and sway bar and I was going to do the other stuff on my own. The Job was $650. I drove the car off the lot and within 20 min, the transmission light was back on. I brought the car back to Meineki and they kept the car for 2 weeks! Finally, they said i could pick up the car but ...
