ARROGANT MANAGER‎
Meineke @ Sawgrass Mills mall FL. I have never experienced a more arrogant manager than Emilio. It was my 1st time in Meineke and wanted to know about the different services they have. I have not seen a manager as arrogant as he was. After my car got serviced, I wanted to vent out to a manager; apparently, it was him. I did not say anything. I was just going to let it pass but it still bothers me. Its amazing how I was treated way better with Scott, who worked on my car. He was warm and friendly and he made me feel that he really took care of my car. At these times when almost every company is at risk, I don't think they need a manager like Emilio. There is absolutely no tolerance whatsoever for a rude manager and I wasn't even complaining then...I was asking coz I needed help. Can you imagine if I was complaining?‎
