Broke my car, would not accept responsibility, and owner is a liar.
Had an oil change and the wrench monkeys did not tighten the drain screw, it popped out 20 minutes later as I was on the freeway going up hill. As you can guess all the oil sprayed out and my car was engulfed in smoke.
Called them back and they sent two dudes in wife beaters to fix my car in the middle of a parking lot, told me to come back to the shop to reinspect it.
Owner refused to provide written documentation of these events and refused to refund my purchase. Said that it is not in his interest/advantage (no s sherlock, its not in my interest to have this done to my car either). Said that everything was fine as I left the shop and I must have done something to make this happen (I left the shop and hopped on the fwy, 15 minutes later thing popped out, no time or space for me to do anything). Have that statement on tape.
Would not pay for steam cleaning of an undercarriage when I brought in a quote from an independent inspector. I have a bunch of oil on my muffler, undercarriage, and brake lines now. Plus it smells like burned oil when I step in my car.
Oh, and PLZ, go ahead and reply with the same bs story you wrote in the email. I'll have fun showing you video evidence of the contrary and exposing you as a lying scumbag trying hard to save your ass and dodge responsibility.

Plus the guy hard sells unnecessary services to the vulnerable (women, seniors). No honor. Just shake the money out of your pockets and go on your way.

Folks - avoid at all costs !!! There is a Mexican manager, who cleans you in and out. Giving you wrong diagnosis and screwing 2 more things when trying to fix 1 problem. I went there for oil change. Ended up paying $112 totally in useless costs. Few days after that, while driving , my oil pressure started flipping around from 0-139 psi. Here is the Mexican managers response " I got such huge investment in my shop, so i have to do business here ...
