We found everything we needed from the helpful staff. One of our items was not available so they went above and beyond to special order it!‎

We called them to have my mother's electric wheelchair repaired, and some foreigner that works there rudely said, "there is nothing wrong with it!" without even looking at it. We finally persuaded him to come out and pick it up for repairs, when he came over (the same foreigner) he was very rude to my mother and her husband. He took the wheelchair, returned it later. And the wheelchair worked ok for a while, then stopped working again. When we called them, they said WE would have to bring the wheelchair in!!! Fortunately, they will bill Medicare and we will get a copy of the bill and be able to report to Medicare that the repair work was NOT done. We have switched to another place, Roadrunner, that will repair the chair, and he is already on the way over to pick it up.‎
