great source of information and advice‎

I needed to get my father an external catheter. They helped me choose, offered that i get one of each possible size and type and come back when I knew the right one. I never had to deal with anything like this so it was very supportive to have a knowledgeable person hold my hand and patiently explain and show the different options. I felt I was getting more attention than from the people at the nursing facility. Thanks.‎
