Feeling Great!
I did this program last year and I've kept my weight off since then. I am very happy with my results on the program and I still stop by the clinic on occasion for some food counseling and to pick up some of their protein bars and salad dressing.

Keep at it!!
I had to stop the program for a short period of time, and when I went back to the Boca Medi clinic to restart. They made it so simply for me. I didn't have to pay any fees and they even gave me a 50% discount for returning. There is really no excuse not to stick with the Medi diet.

Awesome program
I didn't really have to try too hard. The first 10lb are the hardest then you just get the hang of it. The prescription meds help a lot but I know people that is doing the program with out them.Once you start stick with losing weight! I used to say "one more cookie, I'll eat only healthy starting tomorrow", START TODAY! I feel so good now and I can wear any clothes I want, I had to donate all my old ones and now everyone is like "you look so good". Even my face changed! The staff is great, they answer all my questions and are very friendly.
I'm still trying to loose a couple of more pds but I wont give up until I reach my goal!!!

I never had to worry about being over weight EVER AGAIN!
The main reason I loved this diet program is that, I learned how to keep the weight off. Anybody can eat less and lose weight but the trick is maintaining after you've reached your goal weight. I can say that minus the occasional fluctuation I have been at my goal weight for 2 years now ! The Medi program taught me how to keep my weight exactly where I want it. They gave me all the tools I needed , so that I'll never be over weight again.
