I went here because I don't have a local Dr. and was been in severe pain for almost a week. I thought perhaps I had pulled a muscle, but when the pain didn't go away and in fact intensified, it was time to see a Dr. I do not have insurance, nor do I have a lot of money, so I thought that MedExpress would be a good alternative.

The Doctor here spent all of 3 minutes with me, before ordering an x-ray. She listened to my breathing and tested my reflexes....THAT WAS ALL. After the x-ray, she told me she couldn't see anything, dished out a prescription for some heavy duty pain pills (lortab) and told me I had to go and get an MRI and see a Neurologist. An MRI can cost upwards of $1,000 and just to walk through the door at a Neurologist office is $450.

So, all of this, the total of 5 minutes that the Dr. spent with me, the x-rays that were not even taken in the spot that was bothering me came to a grand total of $180. I could have had the same results if I took a bunch of $20 bills and put them through the shredder.

I went to a chiropractor instead and it's new a couple of weeks later and I am almost pain free. She found I had a pinched nerve and I am slowly getting better.

I will never go back to MedExpress again. They gave me heavy duty pain medication without knowing anything about me and the end result was a waste of my time and money. They might be good for cuts and sprains, but in my opinion, that's probably about it.

This clinic is a great alternative to a busy, impersonal ER when you need to be seen, but the doctor's office is closed. Medexpress provides a very clean, professional atmosphere. There is hardly any wait at all to get into an exam room, or for the doctor to see you. They have the XRays and ultrasound machines on-site, so there is no need to worry about their ability to treat any and all problems. They do a great job of taking care of their patients.

MY BOYFRIEND AND I WENT TO MEDEXPRESS URGENT CARE THIS AFTERNOON AND WERE PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE HE RECEIVED. HE HAS NOT HAD A CHECK UP IN SOME TIME AND HAS HAD SOME OCCASIONAL PAINS HERE AND THERE. WE THOUGHT IT BEST TO GET CHECKED OUT AND ORDER SOME BLOOD WORK WE WERE IN THE CLINIC PROBABLY A TOTAL OF 1 HOUR. THE CLINIC IS EXTREMELY CLEAN AND UP TO DATE. THE STAFF AND DOCTOR ARE BOTH COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. THE DOCTOR GAVE MY BOYFRIEND A PRETTY THOROUGH EXAMINATION, INCLUDING AN URINALYSIS. THE CLINIC IS ALSO ORGANIZED, YOU DON'T FEEL LIKE YOU ARE EVEN IN A WALK IN CLINIC. THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND WE WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN IF NEEDED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE CLINIC INSTEAD OF AN EMERGENCY ROOM, OF COURSE SOME EMERGENCIES DEFINITELY REQUIRE HOSPITAL CARE. THE CLINIC ACCEPTS INSURANCE AND CAN VERIFY BENEFITS RIGHT THERE FOR YOU. CHECK IT OUT IF YOU EVER NEED FAST QUALITY CARE!!
