This company is by far the worst company to work for and even to have a contract with. The companies protocols are very wishy washy when it comes to pt. care. The ambulance are minimally stocked to support the smallest of emergency. Their equipment is opened and stored in plastic ziploc bags. The ambulances are run down garbage which some doors on the ambulances don't even open. Management is even worse. The company has non certified people with no EMS background running the company. The pay I below minimum wage and you will be lucky if the check you get will even be cashed. All the management including the owner are very dirty people. You know those people who smoke all day and smoke in their homes an don't care about their appearance or what other companies or facilities will think. Dirty dingy clothes un-polished boots just a completely dirty dirty company. When doing your ride outs for the company don't expect them to pay you even though you are in their unit and doing the work to show them you can do the job. As for the patients. The company completes no run forms while with the pt. nor do they do a full assesment on these pt's. not even vital signs. They wait till they return to the station and have a binder full of the pt's demographics and insurance information along with a history and assessments and all vital signs to put on the run form. Also they have a necessity for ambulance transfer part so the company call bill Medicaid and Medicare. For those companies to approve it there has to be certain criteria. Well the company tells you what to put even if its not true. The owner wanted me to put that a pt. was paralyzed and bed bound. When he really was up wheeling himself around in a wheelchair and stood up and sat on the stretcher. Can anyone smell FRAUD. I really hope this gives people an open eye about this company. And for whoever comes up next saying "oh they are a digruntled ex-employee" yes I am who went to get their check and was denied proper payment for his time. This company is worthless.

Seems the only negative feedback is from past employees who are lazy and don't last long because they try and get their co-workers to carry their weight. Management is awesome, and occasionally gets a bad apple, but cares enough about the patients to weed them out quickly.

Terrible! Crews are extremely immature and management is terrible. Run by people who do not care about customer satisfaction.
