The first time I took my adult son to the Med 7 at 4112 E
The first time I took my adult son to the Med 7 at 4112 E Commerce he had a contact lens in his eye he couldn't get out. It was $105 for the visit to be told in less than 5 minutes with the doctor, which included taking blood pressure etc., that they couldn't help him. At that time they did refund $20 because he was with the doctor such a short time.

Today, my big mistake was taking my son to them a second time. My son stepped on something that was imbedded in his foot. Once again he paid $105 to be with a doctor less than 5 minutes including having his blood pressure taken etc. Once again he was told they couldn't help him. This time they didn't even offer to refund anything.

I ask the doctor why they were there, $105 just to tell a patient they couldn't help them? I asked the doctor what they did do there and she said they could do x rays and prescribe antibiotics.

When I arrived at the clinic I started to go in a door and it said ambulance only and there was and arrow pointing towards another door. I question an ambulance taking anyone to a facility that is only able to take x rays and prescribe antibiotics. I also question the name Med 7 an urgent care facilitiy.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO MED 7 URGENT CARE THEY WILL
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO MED 7 URGENT CARE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A FORTUNE AND THEN TRY TO SEND YOU TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM SO THE ER CAN CHARGE YOU ANOTHER FORTUNE. MED 7 WAS A WORTHLESS WAIST OF TIME FOR US. I took my husband in to Med 7 Natomas for a saw accident. They cleaned the wound bandaged it and then tell him to go to the emergency room. I just got THE BILL AND IT IS OVER $500.00. We were told that we would get a follow up visit but when we got there the person who waited on my husband the first time came back in, got noticeably angry that we didn't go to the emergency room, she refused to re-bandage his hand, raised her voice to us and then walked out. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT. She claimed that it was a liability issue but all that was required was for us to sign a waiver, but she was so upset that we didn't follow her instructions that she acted like an angry 12 year old. Finally, when I spoke with the Julie Haywood, the Clinic Manager at Med 7 Natomas she was very rude. I asked her for the address to the Corporate Office and she said, "You'll have to talk to the Manager there" when I asked her if there was a reason for her not wanting to answer the question she said, "because I'm done with this call". MED 7 SHOWED NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

My experience at the Natomas Med 7 was pretty good. You have to wait awhile, especially if they're busy, but the guy who saw me was nice, ran a quick test, and was even able to offer me the drugs I needed on the spot. I was in pain and I can't tell you what a comfort it was to have my problem solved with so little hassle.

I had a terrible terrible experience at Med 7 Sacramento today.
I had a terrible terrible experience at Med 7 Sacramento today. I went in (this is my second time there), and asked nicely if they still had a sign-up sheet, and was told yes... nothing else. I waited 3 minutes and asked nicely where the sign-in sheet was. I was told in a very curt voice by Jackie at the reception desk that I had to wait. When I got to the window, I again nicely said that I never intended to encroach on anyone, but simply wanted to sign in and sit down. Jackie was again, quite curt with me, asking my name and birthdate and then informed me that they would not see me because I had an outstanding balance on my account. When I explained that my insurance company had paid that, she just said it was the rules and they couldn't see me. I was shocked, dismayed, and more than upset over the treatment I received. I then called my insurance company who confirmed that they had indeed paid the bill in May of this year. She then contacted Med 7's billing department and had to fax them a copy of the proof of payment of the billing. So the bottom line is that Med 7 was paid, but didn't properly credit the money to my account, and then refused me service.
