Richard is one of the worst lawyers you could run across ever. If you know what's good for you, run the other way as fast as you can! Ever see the movie idiocracy; Well Richard is it in living color.

If you do to do what he wants (what the other side wants) he has his "substitude of attorney" all ready for you to sign him out of the case and charge you his flat rate of $250 per hour, which goes up when ever he feels like it for the time you tried to communicate with him, but he wouldn't. He puts you in a bind at the worst of times. When things go wrong, he's never available. He does no t make appointments to review evedence. The only time he will meet with you is to have you sign something that benefits the other side, only. In fact he will sooner write letters stating not to inundate him with information if you try to show him any evidence or facts. You want a nightmare; you got one with Richard Meaglia.
Other lawyers have been quoted as saying "he is worse than not having a lawyer at all."
And this is true. He is a waist of time and money. He does not return phone calls. He acts like he is listening, but generally he is looking over other case files instead as you talk to him. He never remembers the details of your case. He loses paperwork, dstroys important one of a kind evidence and misses dealines all the time. He schedules vacations on your important trial dates. Takes calls from him family at the drop of a hat, but leaves you on hold no matter where you are or at what rate you have to call from anytime he can.
If your desperate, he does even more to avoid taking your calls.
