Since moving to this area last year, my son and I have visited MD Now Urgent Care in Royal Palm Beach on several occasions.
The offices are clean and well-kept. Bottled water is generally offered to patients while waiting, which is a nice gesture.
The doctors are terrific at assessing illnesses and injuries. We have found them to be highly professional and compassionate. The other medical staff (i.e., nurses, etc.) are also very good and a pleasure to work with.
Experiences with the front desk staff are a bit of a mixed bag, however. At times, you will encounter a very helpful receptionist. With others, you will be treated with indifference. This appears to be the only area of the practice requiring some extra attention and careful staff selection.
Otherwise, our experiences have always been positive and we would strongly recommend this walk-in health provider to others seeking medical care.
