An honest, hardworking, American shop with dedication to the customer. I had a set of vintage Burton bindings which needed a replacement part which no one had. PF McMullin also advised that part would not be found but he offered to assist. I brought in my son's vintage bindings and they were able to set me up with the parts to make everything functional again. Others said, 'to bad, sell it and buy another'. PF Mc advised the same but went beyond by offering dedicated service and offered to help with options. All my future snow boarding business will be done here.

Today I went into PF McMullin's place looking for some screws for my bindings (I was missing 4 screws). I asked the girl at the counter if they had the screws, and she rounded up 4 of them, along with the washers and gave them to me no charge. As if that wasn't amazing enough, when I got back to my truck, I tried to figure out how to install the screws, and couldn't figure it out (I'm a total newbie). So I brought the board back into the shop, and the same girl told me that the mounts for the bindings that I had were not the correct ones for the board that I had. She then pulled out a box of parts, found the correct mounts and screwed them to my board...and wouldn't take a penny for anything. I was so blown away. I practically begged her to take something for the parts and the time, but she refused. In a day and age where customers service is virtually non-existent, they restored my faith. I will buy from nobody but them now. These guys are truly amazing.

Found it through word of mouth. They had a wide variety of everything I needed at great prices. It was well organized and the people were friendly and helpful. I have told all of my friends! AND it was easier to find than I expected.

We go here every year. Gloves, goggles, bags, bindings, socks. We've bought everything here except jackets. It's a great place with great service and they stand behind their products. We had bad bindings they replaced a year later, no questions asked. And their prices are below the major chain stores.
