A wonderful experience.

I called for an estimate on new windows. They were on time. I received a phone call same day with price quote. The windows were ordered and installed when promised. Very professional staff from the installers to the office workers. I couldn't be more satisfied.

they just dumped me!!!

i had a scheduled measuring of the glass that needed to be replaced in my french door. The guy came, measured and before he left he said that he will call before 5 with price. No phone call was ever received...not on that day or next. After I called them, they seemed to vagly remember that this has actually accured the day before and then said that the glass could not be removed from the door...the reason was just amasing the door was made around the glass....I have never heard of anything so absurd....
I have called the other company.....turned out to be $135 cheaper then the estimate by McMullen...they had absolutely NO problems replacing that glass!!!!
Beware of this McMullen company......!!!!!
